Soyo Party has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
We are committed to preventing, detecting, and removing any content or conduct that exploits or endangers children, and to cooperating with the relevant authorities.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly forbidden on Soyo Party:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any sexualization of minors
- Sharing, requesting, or promoting content that exploits or endangers a child
Violations result in immediate removal of content, termination of the account, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
2. Minimum age
Soyo Party is intended for users aged 18 and older. Accounts found to belong to anyone under the minimum age are removed.
3. Prevention and detection
We combine user reporting, human moderation, and automated safeguards to detect and remove CSAE content and behavior across live rooms, chat, and profiles. We act on reports promptly.
4. Reporting a concern
Anyone can report suspected child-safety violations:

We review every report and take appropriate action.
5. Reporting to authorities
Soyo Party complies with applicable child-safety laws and reports apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable regional and national bodies.
