• All activities occurring under their account

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Use bots, automation tools, or unauthorized software
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Engage in scams or deceptive practices

4. Live Streaming and User Content

Users remain responsible for content they create, upload, stream, or share.

Soyo Party reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable content that violates platform policies.

5. Virtual Coins, Gifts, and Digital Items

Virtual coins, gifts, and digital items:

• Are licensed, not owned
• Have no cash value unless expressly stated
• Are non-transferable unless permitted by Soyo Party
• May be modified, discontinued, or adjusted at any time

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

6. Agency, Host, and Creator Programs

Agencies, hosts, creators, and representatives must comply with all platform rules, policies, and applicable laws.

Violation of program requirements may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, branding, trademarks, graphics, and software belong to Soyo Live or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit platform assets without authorization.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Soyo Party may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Violate Community Guidelines
• Create security risks
• Engage in fraudulent activities

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soyo Party shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Soyo Party after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Soyo Live.
